Our Return Policy
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items have different requirements (see below).
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sleeping Bags (unless defective)
- Used cooking equipment from our Cooking section
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack Securely – Use original packaging when possible. Include all original tags and accessories

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, but indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (additional 3-5 days for your bank to post)
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
