Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Recommended)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Cost: $12.95 USD (applied to all orders under $50)
- Best for time-sensitive orders
Free Economy Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Note: May take longer to reach remote areas
Important: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear as firmly as you stand on your favorite hiking trail. If your purchase didn’t meet your wilderness expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items have special requirements (see below).
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sleeping Bags (unless defective)
- Used cooking equipment from our Cooking section
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack Securely – Use original packaging when possible. Include all original tags and accessories

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as returns, but indicate you’d like an exchange in your email. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days (additional 3-5 days for your bank to post)
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
